Thanks muchly Shuv! Yep, nothing by chance, a LOT of research done before hand. And invariably, the routes we're following aren't clear at all. But then it's proper wilderness, landmarks are next to none existent so sometimes you're relying on someone else's interpretation that may be different...

Thanks a lot Ben, and yes she did mate. She started to feel a bit under the weather towards the end so I took over all the driving duties but the bits she did before that, she thoroughly enjoyed.

All about the right prep and taking your time and letting it dry properly in between coats. It's pretty straight forward, there would be loads of vids on YouTube that would talk you through it too no doubt.

Just paint your existing ones mate (but a proper job obviously!). Would be cheaper and you could have your choice of colours. I always think the strips that run the full width of the dash look great when colour matched to the exterior paint. As far as I know the "Renault Sport" logo was never...

Loads of people have done something similar. Dead easy job and will look close enough to paint. I wouldn’t go fake carbon though, it’s always clear it’s not real so looks a bit daft. Wrap is easy though.

Welcome. Nice to know you've bought the car with open eyes and intend to sort it out long term. Hope you get her running perfectly (as perfectly as you can with these cars!) soon and that she treats you well going forwards. Agree with Beany, pics of either car would always be good.
