Thanks for your kind words. Unfortunately the site is no longer live. Yes mate it's more than up to the job. It's no different than running the AC pump except it will have significantly less drag. Pure motorsport do an idler for £230 and this does exactly the same job and didn't cost a penny.

Will what mate the intercooler? This cooler is good for 400bhp plus.

Out of interest how much are they a set Nick?

Same can be set for a lot of the new hot hatches like the golf R, focus RS and A45 AMG etc. They’re fast and so capable but they lack feel and driver input making them boring in comparison. It’s nice to have something you’ve got to drive and drive hard to make it work well.

Car looks great @Big Ben. The Direzzas are best in class and a superb with the Clio chassis. I’ve got through sets of them since I’ve had the car.

Thanks mate. This one is just a test piece to make sure it fits well and it does... it’s exactly 1/3 the weight of the OE part.

Haven’t posted an update in a while with being busy with work and wedding stuff but there has been a few things happening in the background. With mine and @Mark_L passion for fabrication we have been thinking quite a bit about potentially offering a number of lightweight direct fit components...
