Well, given the only liquid at the rear of the car is the fuel, I'd say it's fuel pump/tank related. I've never heard of this happening, could be fuel vapour venting? Try opening the fuel cap with the engine running and see if you can hear anything.

It's actually Storm Grey which is the rarest non-cup 200 with 43 made. If it's rare you want, there was only ever 1 Liquid Yellow 200 Cup, 18 Alien Green, 27 Black, 26 Silver 28 Nimbus Grey, 12 Storm Grey, and 2 Red cups.

You'll see just over 300 if you're lucky, exhaust will be the limiting factor if its a clio exhaust from downpipe back.

Welcome :french: First thing to do would be get wheels that fit. They'd look and handle a lot better. And seeing as your front brakes are fluctuating, your brake pipes have corrosion, and your coil springs are corroded, it would be a good time to look at a caliper rebuild and a suspension...

20nm I believe, but I've never met anyone who's ever torqued one!
