The PMS EE bracket kit has now arrived. Not everything is in the photo.
We opted buy some nice new shiny extended drivershafts rather than build our own.
I started cleaning the wishbones that we picked up last week that had spherical and solid bearings pressed in at AW Motorworks. I think...
Looks tidy.
My radiator support was pretty awful. I just treated it with some anti corrosion paint and then applied a few coats of Hammerite rust protection as well. It will be okay for a few years.
The rear tow eye is under the bumper and I think is the round hole in your first picture.
You have to make a hole in the bumper to access it with the bumper on.

Best tyres I have ever used on track were Dunlop Direzzas. They are very sticky but wear reasonably quickly.
I now use MRF ZTEs as they are good and quite durable. A lot of people here use MRFs.
The exhaust has been irritating me over the past 6 months or so as the clamps keep loosening allowing the elbow of the centre pipe to rotate and bang on the rear beam. Also, we had developed a loose heat shield under the car which was rattling.
Last week @EthanMenace had purchased some new...
We put in a set of DS1.11s in February last year and did Brnds Hatch, Cadwell Park, Thruxton, Donington Park, Brands Hatch, Outlton Park and Snetteron and they are still going strong. We will need to replace them this year after a few track days.
I would guess it is a full fat with a cup pack. If you have a proper key with a metal blade that goes in to an ignition barrel then you probably have a Cup. If you have a flat black keycard but have red Brembos, cup suspension and a quicker rack then you have a full fat with a cup pack.
I think that the Clio Recaros will have a slightly different loom to the standard seats as the Clio Recaros had more airbags? I might be wrong. But if I am right then a loom from a standard Clio seat may be different.
If you want the wiring diagrams have a Google for them or see if @turkie172...
Welcome.
To clear the airbag lights you either need to find someone with Renaults diagnostic equipment CLIP to code out the lights, or get some resistors to fool the car in to thinking that the airbags are still connected.
The pressure sensor can be affected by vibrations so when it sits on a bracket and cushioned by a grommet it should work better and last longer - or at least that is what we were told. We could have just put in an adapter in the sandwich plate from 1/8 to M10 but this set up looks nicer.
We went to AW Motorworks today to drop off @EthanMenace's Megane for a belts service. We had dropped off a subframe and a set of front suspension arms to Alex in December 2023 to refurbish for us and we collected them today.
The front suspension arms have had a set of Pure Motorsport wishbone...
Thank you to everybody for your comments on the crutch straps and eyelet bolts. I have ordered a set of crutch straps to add to our TRS Magnum harnesses which will give us a six point harness. We will just use eyelet bolts and spreader plates and bolt them through the floor. It would be great to...
