Spacers make a subtle but powerful difference mate, looks ace now :) Unless you've already decided I'd vote for red calipers, they contrast a black car really well.

You can get different strengths of loctite can't you, maybe try something stronger? And sometimes they have strict instructions for letting it dry etc, did you make sure you followed these when you used it? It's designed for bolts that are subject to vibrations so I can't see why it wouldn't...

Yeah they will be charging a lot because it's a kit, be lot cheaper buying individually, just do that bud, be worth the effort.
