They're adjust up to like 24 on each unit, I've got mine on 6 on each and that's what I put on straight away and it rides nicely. Not too hard or soft, depends on how you drive mate

G8RSH I also put new top mounts on as I though they were the issue and had the car over the MOT pit at work to see if anything obvious was causing the issue, but I couldn't see anything so probably an issue with the shock.
