Getting my gear box sorted as it has the 4th synchro problem, the car has only done 39k is it worth getting a new clutch and slave cylinder whilst the box is out? If so where am I best getting them from?

Just don't want to get done out and end up with a 197 box, but if there are no visible differences I don't know how I'm ever going to know what box it is...

Hi, I'm getting a refurbished box due to the 3rd to 4th synchro problem, the company have said it is a 200 box, is there anyway of telling weather it's a early 197/late 197 or a 200 box? as I know the 200 ratios are different and the best set up so I don't want to be conned out with a 197 box...
