Rad weld is a sin pav. Blocks everything. Check all hoses hot so you no it's circulating properly. Check fan cuts in stationary before it gets too hot. I've seen faulty switches cut in and out again straight away

What about a lower temp rad switch ? Don't no if already mentioned but can't be arsed too look

He should have replaced fourth too. Well known fault. And sixth has been known to fail. I doubt it's cables
