Update on the blue guzzler. MOT is due on the 1st September lol, let hope that's cheap. If it goes through without huge investment I have some modifications I can do before Christmas, only cosmetic things like wheel colour, interior trim etc. Loving my car at the moment.

Nothing wrong with cats, it's all about taking the time to understand them and, appreciate that they have survived longer than us on this planet and deserve some respect.

Mine looked fine from the bay but once removed it was very worn.

Another dilemma for you...when I bought mine the service history said it had been done, it wasn't, it snapped in the first month and I had an engine rebuild costing 2k. If it's over 70k miles just get it done, or take the gamble.

I have to force first gear every time I stop for the first 20 minutes, my work around is leave the clutch in and it's fine, as soon as I go fully neutral it happens. Maybe it's the clutch?
