i do love your ride height, i need to work out how low i can get mine without culling the liners.. mine feels high right now, especially with the corner weighting.

Yeah should be back in time.. waiting on a carbon PMS shifter with some custom paint work. It's the linkage i want to try. if i hate it or miss the ZPO look i can always change later. or maybe look at how to build custom solid linkages for a ZPO? could be fun. My wife bought me a birthday...

Yeah i have the stock one, deffo changing it. anything that makes a shorter reach, shorter throw, more precise and fits the oem+ clubsport look works for me.. especially if it feels nicer. not fussed about the cost - this car is already well beyond it’s ‘sensible cheap mods’ remit i’ve just...

I have Sparco Land + Race gloves, decent - but yes i roll the gauntlet bit down for the wrist band visibility (in fact theyre always rolled down and seem to stay that happily). I may even cut them and get the wife to make it neat! Steering wheel is great for handling. I had mine retrimmed with...

wonder if anyone is in london with a ZPO or PMS to play with? i seem to remember really appreciating whichever ZPO model you had @burrellbloke

i don't get why ZPO didn't make a solid linkage though :D also why is the 'carbon' cheaper than 'not carbon' ?! don't really understand the ZPO pricing. i'm still 50/50, i think it's a 3 week wait on PMS anyway but would be nice to get the car back and do some last minute days whilst 'summer'...

i don't get why ZPO didn't make a solid linkage though  surely mechanically the PMS is better..

The shift pattern is different? I agree the ZPO looks super cool, but when it’s effectively still connected to wires you could argue it’s all for show. My car is a bit of a princess, though so looks matter!

Yeah the shorter throw is something i like about the ZPO, i don’t know this is the case with the PMS

PMS or ZPO? Any strong opinions? ZPO certainly looks slightly cooler, but the PMS solid linkage is interesting me so currently leaning towards PMS for that reason. Would also like some side skirts, maybe front splitter too if i can find one that looks OEM+ and fits well. Seems like lots of...

yeah, i'd rather the ZPO shifter than £2k of a 'rebuild' to potentially save £2k to avoid swapping the engine again. the poor little car has been probably fed with a silver spoon until now but it doesn't seem practical to spend £4-5k just yet. maybe if it ever makes it to racing spec...
