No, you need adjustable top mounts or adjustable arm bushes.

    Old winter tyres

You've no chance of anyone buying 14 year old tyres unfortunately. The tip is the only place for these now.

    Brake cooling

I'd be very surprised if you were overheating the brakes on the road after 5 or 6 corners. I have a 25 minute drive home on empty back roads from work and when it's quiet I'll kick the arse out of it, never once have I thought the brakes needed cooling. Get your fluid changed and the system...

    Turn Steering+start fault

Try turning the steering wheel with plenty of force while pressing the start button. Sometimes the fault you describe can happen when the wheel is turned a bit more once the engine has been shut off and the steering lock has been engaged.

Engine / Gearbox Mounts & Vibration

200: Cup front anti-roll bar (advice and opinions)

In that case it should be the same size, it's just a case of if it fits. It wouldn't be uncommon for the same part to be fitted to 2 different cars using different part numbers. I understand the confusion though.

200: Cup front anti-roll bar (advice and opinions)

I think the cup racer arb is 22mm, the 200 cup (road car) is 21mm, happy to be proven wrong though.

200: Cup front anti-roll bar (advice and opinions)

Quick Google search shows the scenic part is 22mm which is thicker than the 200 cup part (21mm I believe), so measuring it will tell you what you have.
