After looking into it... and seeing what other people have paid for their 200s in the past - seems like a pretty crappy deal. But, there aren't any of the decent deals around anymore by the looks of it. And 4 yaers is a long time to be tied into it...

Well, I think £20k with the 4 year warranty, servicing and breakdown cover - it's really not too shabby? I don't really know what others have paid for theirs in the past. If they'll give me a decent p/x price for mine - I could be very tempted.

That's a 48month deal - so get exactly the same offer that Renault are giving too for the 4 years.

Just had a chat with Lookers at Chester. At first attempt - I'd have to pay a £499 deposit £259/month for a full 200 without cup pack (which tbh I don't want Cup again) Add around £25/month for every extra £1000 of extras. So looking around £310/month for a LY with Recaros...

Is anyone currently/recently bought a new 200? I'm REALLY tempted - so will approach Lookers/Renault over the next couple of weeks. What specs have people been ordering? And what deals have they been able to haggle down to? i.e. deposits - length of contract - price p/month I've not...

Black at this time of year = a right pain in the arse to keep clean! I used to live not 5mins from there.. so at one time I'm sure it would have been me! But now I just lurk around the mean streets of Leeds...

I must have one of those faces that people don't want to talk to... never been complimented on the car or asked any questions :( I do get let out a lot more though... i.e. moving onto the main road in a morning or cutting into a different lane.

Had mine removed last weekend! And all I can say now is... "WHO NEEDS A RADIO?!" I just drive around listening to the pops and growls of the engine - has given me a new lease of life with the car. lovely.

Thanks for the info Luke! I've called a couple of places, waiting for quotes - but not paying more than £40 which seems to be the average cost.

I'm really warming to the idea of getting this done... couple of questions though! how long does it take to do? Can anyone recommend a place in Leeds? I'm a complete car novice - so should I just pop in and go - can you remove the "centre silencer"? Cheers guys!

Sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead... But really like the look of the Cupra R Spliiter and I'm on a bit of a budget for replacing mine... Anyone know which year Cupra R is off (as previously mentioned) How easy is it to fit on a 197... do I need to drill additional holes...

Saw a Black 200 parked outside La Grillade in Leeds this lunch time! I have a feeling it's the same one from the Giratory... Seen it a couple of times, Private plate starting "L18"

I walked past a black 200 on my way to work around there this morning... private plate - starts with L18 I think... Park my black 197 just around the corner :)
