I had crunch in 3rd and 4th so I tried changing to a good oil as it had very good reviews on the forum and after some driving haven't had any issues since,I do try to be careful generally anyway considering the chocolate gearbox,and this is with the ZPO too.

Lowering the car will change the preload with standard links I don't know if in any meaningful way though, I've ordered some adjustable ones to try on mine just out of curiosity,the original are due a change anyway.
I would never drop the tank,cut an access hole trough the rear bench,Pure Motorpsort sell a nice aluminium cover,infact it's a job I need to do in case I need to get to the pump.

can you see the RPM value trough diagnostic? if so then the crank sensor is good,mine did it once with no error codes,it was wet from coolant and it wouldnt start.
Thank you for the links,however I'm not keen on spending almost 500£ if that's the quality to be honest,I might just go with the track door cards carbon ones,just a bit annoying they don't cover the whole door...
