Yeah thats what I was thinking, the machined faces are just too perfect. Got mine fitted today with some new DS1.11 and HC discs. Full system bled with fresh fluid too. All this work on the car but nowhere to drive it.

Got them from RPD. They are supposed to be refurbed units but I’m convinced they are brand new! They were around £190 each and you get £20 for each calliper you send back. Will be keeping my old ones however.

Does the metal collar it sits in get pressed out also? Don't have the powerflex part on me just now so can't tell. Ive got the front one pressed out the arm so wasn't sure if its the same for the rear.

How does the old one remove? Am I removing just the rubber section or does the raised up metal section get pushed out?

Got brake cooling ducts fitted too?

With my ASTs the point where the link attaches to the coilover can be moved up and down the body of the shock on the threads. That surely means I dont actually need adjustable drop links as the mounting point is adjustable?

Might get it done myself at some point, getting brakes refurbed in yellow so would be nice to match.

Car has a set of AST coilovers on it now so riding lower. Heard good things about fitting adjustable drop links once lowered. Anybody got any guides on fitting and adjusting to remove any preload? Doesn't seem to be much on here about them.

Used a hole saw. Mounted a block of wood underneath using the topmount bolt holes to keep the hole saw straight then smoothed out with a grinding bit. Treated the edges with anti rust paint and also with a coat of paint the same colour as the car. No issues so far, had the car at the ring...
