The sub frames like to move. I work with a lad who ran a couple of cup race cars. His advice for when I removed my subframe was to hang off the bolt to tighten them. If they work loose again I'd recommend applying thread lock

When I fitted new calipers and lines I used an ezibleed to get 90% of the air out and then finished with the 2 person pressure bleed method.

The auto level works of the front anti roll bar. It is possible to unclamp it and turn it a touch. But there is next to no access.

I did a friend of mines delete pipe. Simply chopped the old one out (angle grinder from Argos £15) and fitted the new slip pipe (from eBay advert £23)

You can still get the "old" bush from motor factors. I replaced mine, was only £16

It is doable. The I did the Lowe ball joint on one side. 6 months later revomed the otherside to change the damper and the pinch bolt was seized. Had to put the upright in a vice, heat the bolt and work it back and forth to work it out.

I don't think there is an official one, more a quick list of what to remove. i have changed mine and I could write a quick guide when I'm home.

The self adjusting mech is pants, mine too. You can adjust the Pistons manually but that's only good until the pads wear more.
