Mine did the same apart from doing it on the drive way, just turn it on and off a few times let it cool down for a bit on again, and it should be okay, that's what mine did :)

I get around 320 to a tank on my 197, but that's with some careful slow driving aswel, that's with a tank costing me about £70

You'll get through the MOT with the pre cat removed and second cat in place aslong as the engine and exhaust is hot, precat is there for cold starts, I only know of 1 after market manifold for the clio and thats the toyosports manifold and that comes with a thread for the lambda sensor to screw...

Even the resonated still gives a flat spot, no where near as back as decatted and non res, but there's a slight flat spot!

if you want the centre silncer out you can just buy the non resonated version of the exhaust instead of buying the standard cat back and then the pipe after, non resonated is cheaper to buy aswel so its win win, cheaper and sounds sooo much better!

The standard exhaust and the decat pipe are different sizes. it could be done if you got a sleeve the right size but because it would be a going ton the decat to a msaller pipe you would have horrible gas flow. could possibly reduce power

Saw a white 197 parked up in barnards green in malvern! Black wheels cup spoile, number plate starts something like J13? Saw it at about 5?

Go onto pumaspeed mate, they sell it separate there, or just find anywhere that deal with milltke they would be able to get it for you :)

I've just done this to mine mate, milltek do a centre section with no silencer for this system, haven't had chance to fit it yet so not sure on the noise levels
