I recently had my car mapped by K-Tec along with a decat and K-Tec Exhaust. My car Dyno'd at 185bhp pre-map and 199.4 post modifications. I don't think it feels aggressively faster, but more...urgent. However, I have a jap loving mate who continuously gives me grief about his silly Civic...

Well I managed to have a good time with them, even if they do have the clarity and quality of a pre-school finger painting. Imagination is a magical thing.

I love watches, I really have a big thing for them, watches and old camera's are my thing. I manage to buy old camera's on my budget, but I am still waiting to get that very special watch. Because I have other expensive habits like...um...putting petrol in my bloody RS 200 I only own a Tissot...

Just spoke to Andy at K-Tec and I have to say what a great company they are, no hesitation at all in telling me to bring it back so he could have a look at the flatspot! Going back next friday :D

Do you think I should raise point this with K-Tec? you have a good point to be honest, I would rather have left the redline where it was as like you say, it backs off quite a bit earlier now there is no point ringing it's neck all the way to 7400. I am going to call them today anyway because...

Just had mine done at K-Tec and it's was 185.7 before map, with decat on standard exhaust, itg panel filter and remap I got 199.4 He says that with Cams and Maxogen I'd be looking for 212-215

Do they not torque steer into the nearest hedge then?

Hi. My car is going to K-Tec tomorrow for a little TLC. Nice service and a stage 1 map. I was thinking about have a decat done before it hits the rollers. Just want to know has anyone else got a standard exhaust with centre section AND cat deleted?!? How is it? I want a decent Cat back...
