Front pads changed to Ferodo DS2500
Fluid all round changed to Motul RB660
HEL Braided brake lines add all round
Cooksport springs added 30mm drop...
Fell in love with the Trophy at first but couldn't afford one when I started driving. Had a few run arounds then when I had the money fell in love all over again with the meat looky of the 197's
The rest they say is history!
Also remember if you compliment your pads with decent discs they will improve even more. I can say I have given her a battering (pardon the pun) around the ring and not had any problems with brake fade, overheating or pad transfer with the setup I use (DS2500 pads, Tarox F2000 discs)

Sound wise would be completely different and it is very pleasing I must say.

I've got HEL and as you said they were missing some rubber clips to hold them together but the guys who fitted mine quickly made some to sort the problem.
Not really sure any are better than others in terms of performance they will all give you greater response and feedback on the brakes. Guess...
Done the lot. Pads/Discs/Fluid/Brake Lines.
Saying that I did get a SprintBooster before that, that was the best £160 I spent ok the car hands down. Transforms it completely.
