I've got HEL and as you said they were missing some rubber clips to hold them together but the guys who fitted mine quickly made some to sort the problem. Not really sure any are better than others in terms of performance they will all give you greater response and feedback on the brakes. Guess...

Done the lot. Pads/Discs/Fluid/Brake Lines. Saying that I did get a SprintBooster before that, that was the best £160 I spent ok the car hands down. Transforms it completely.

Depends what your priorities are Chris, I went down the braking option first and think it's 100% transformed the car.

Done a bumper change last weekend and took the grill off the old one and put it on the new one. Its got about 8-10 clips around the edge.

Its held in place with clips running round the circumference of the outer edge. Requires you to remove the bumper to get to them.
