Ok I have got the box apart and have measured up for the new shim, anyone recommend anywhere to get one made up if i send them dimensions?

Anyone know where these shims are required in the box when fitting this diff? I have one due to be fitted was either going to have a go myself or give it to a local garage but if it needs shimmed I want to be able to tell them about it before hand so they don’t miss it out!

hi, I’m in the process of pulling my engine/gearbox out, the passenger side driveshaft won’t come out of the gearbox, the workshop manual refers to a clip removal tool but I’m not seeing anything when looking at the shaft. Is there anything or do I just need to give it a good tug lol.

I have just sold a tunepoint radio fom my 200 and the buyer cant get it to work, presumably it needs an unlock code? is this something that using the serial number would work?

Managed a couple more tweaks today despite wind and rain! fitted a powerflex gearbox mount, and painted the inlet manifold and throttle body.
