Mines loud when cold but when it's warmed up its fairly normal really, I don't feel any loss of power at all.

Mine does it, goes off after a couple minutes.

I'd give them a call first to make sure they still do it, had mine done about 2 years ago!!

As Marshall said, I found it was easier with 2 people, also need a large cloth or rag to put your bumper on to ensure you don't damage bumper, other than that it's really easy.

Ahh think mines drivers side, shame!! You can pick up brembo HC discs for the fronts relatively cheap, I've got them and there excellent, think you can get them for 70quid from a parts place, I also got standard ferodo front pads which again can be picked up for cheap.

Ye flat spot can be annoying sometimes when your cruising within the 2500 rev range then you have to floor it, and then bang flat spot, does sound amazing though!
