I was under the understanding that the centre bore was the same size as megane and clio discs are all the same size and if they fit the megane they must fit the clio £230 for genuine brembo grooved discs 14mm spacer washers and 4 longer bolts and discs redrilled which would be easy to do I think...

ive seen a few people put megane rs250 340mm discs on there megane 225s with a bit of modification might be a much cheaper way of having bigger brakes on the clio!

I think I have the same cage as you mine is a bolt in cage but feet have to be welded in but safety devices have powder coated them which is abit annoying, is your cage all fitted now? any more pics of it?

ive used ds300s in mine and now got ds2500 and my discs are fine just have a raised line in the centre of discs looks like its scored all the way round when you look at it, when my discs are knackered I will just put the standard brembo discs back on as I don't think theres no majour difference...

do yourself a favour and buy a 250 engine and put a megane gearbox in straight away that will save you changing it in the long run! if I done mine again I would of bought a 250 engine as now I want more power im going to have to forge my engine where as a 250 will handle more power to start with...

sounds like you need new handbrake cables! I had to replace mine as they was sticky quick and easy job to do on a ramp

what bonnet vents are you going for?

they must of been cheap if they need retrimming aswell!
