If your not to happy about attaching directly to your grill, what I have done in the past is modified the badge. I remove any fixture from back of badge then glue a cable tie or two to the back of it. Then you can just tighten the cable ties around your grill! This is a good way of hiding the...

Yes go for Mazda aerial. I bought a chrome aerial off eBay, it looks smart, but only get radio signal if I'm sat ontop of a hill or something.
