You need an amp for them speakers, lucky if your head unit is putting out 50w rms per channel. I'd do it soon too as you can damage the speakers by severely underpowering them.

Do you mean dipped beams? 100w is illegal for road use too, and can melt your reflectors if they're not designed for them

Entry speed potentially too high. Braking mid corner hasn't helped if you did. If you're going to drive fast, find somewhere safe and learn the lift-off oversteer characteristics of your car. It could have saved you there.
