this is what it ended up looking like, 82mm studs on speedlines with 20mm spacer. sits perfect. They stick out quite a bit with the OZs but it’s not too bad. The dog approves.

It’s not super difficult just a bit awkward, i used a hole saw to cut a hole in the front and the back and then a bit of dremeling to get it to sit roughly where it needs to go. then just used sealant to glue it in. The annoying bit is not getting a load of dust and debris in the headlight and...

More questions about removing the air con, i’ve got plugs for the condenser and compressor, am i safe to just cut these off and tape it up?

I just googled plastic pop clips and a load came up

Pretty sure it’s just a generic plastic clip like the ones that hold the bumper on the slam panel
