Yes, it would be stupid not too as they stop water getting into the car via the B-Pillar. Whoever removed them and didn't replace them either didn't know what they were doing, or was just too damn lazy to replace them.

I'm still enjoying it to be honest, yes its extremely loud and not to everyones taste but it makes me smile when it pops and bangs, even at 30mph.

Thanks very much. Yea their not cheep but in my opinion their worth the extra money. Can reach all the way to the back of the wheel with no effort, seem pretty robust. I guess only time will tell if they last of not.
