I've never heard of twisting the car before, I ran the same slicks on my Evo and mini without a cage and they were fine. I'll get the tyres on this week and take a pic leeboy

Yeah I've used them at croft for years without issue! If it's wet I'll use my rsr's but the slicks are cheaper

Picked up my slicks for my track day in a few weeks and finally painted the Laguna wheels today! Wheels came out spot on!

Finally had some good news from Renault UK! They are going to pay 85% towards the new gearbox so that leaves me to pay £302 towards it! Pretty happy with that! Id be even happier if it hadn't broke in the first place tho! :thumbsup:

Federals have been spot on for the money! I only ever did one lap then come off though, didn't go straight back on. Didn't feel like they lost any grip at all! Unless you hit standing water then you just aquaplane ha! It was early Sunday morning when I got the dry laps in, only got slowed down...
