    Fitting springs is easy!

I was dreading fitting my set of H&R's after reading the 'How To's' on here but I have to tell you it's just as simple as any other car I've done. I didn't have to remove the hub assembly or drop the sub frame, in fact I didn't even take off the caliper. Just unbolted the arb link, removed the...

200 H&R lowering springs and Eibach spacers

I'm just quoting the specs on their website, they specifically state 30/40 drop for both the earlier top mounts (197) part number 29103-1 and for the later top mounts part number 29103-2

200 H&R lowering springs and Eibach spacers

Take a look on the german H&R website. They specify a 30f 40r drop for the clio sport and 20f 30r for a cup version, they're basically saying cup suspension is already10mm lower than non cup

    A KIA gt with 201bhp

I only said 10 to avoid being flamed! The poached the designer from Audi to style their cars and I'm sure they'd know where to look if they were looking for engineers to give a sports car some true dynamics

    A KIA gt with 201bhp

Having owned a Hyundai ix35 (suv) I can tell you they are great cars for the average guy. Build quality is surprisingly good and NOTHING went wrong, not a single thing which is more than i can say for the audi and bmw i owned previously. They'll make a car you'd want to own in the next 10 years

    tyre Advice

I had these fitted to my mini and was pretty impressed by them. I replaced them with a set of Pirellis when they had worn but took them off after 500 miles and put another set of Nankangs on. No idea how they perform in the wet but they were great in the dry

Clear cut. How can it be 50/50 if your car was parked. His car hit yours, it doesn't matter if he was in it or not

Nitron coilovers available for our 200

A shock like this is a completely different beast to the type of shocks road cars use for a number of reasons. Shocks of this design need to be serviced. The slightest contamination of foreign matter (or wear particles from inside the shock) can render the shock useless and will go unnoticed to...

Nitron coilovers available for our 200

I don't know what testing they have done but it is absolutely conceivable to send out a shock based on weight and type of vehicle. It may be in the ball park but not neccessarily optimal

Nitron coilovers available for our 200

The use good components but they're onle ever as good as the shimming they use internally. I built shocks and forks for race bikes for a living so can tell you what is good for the road may not be good for those that do track days and visa versa. The comment above is spot on, how much and what...
