    Something different

Really nice. It's a good compromise between full on yellow and normal carbon.

    Trick or Treat

I gave some kids some old bananas once. It kind of backfired as they threw them onto the roof of our house. Another one is to pour a can of cold beans into a dark carrier bag then tell them to pick a treat out.

    Rear wiper arm won't budge!!

I don't think the traditional wiper arm puller will work as it needs to be able to press against the bolt which it can't do on the rear wiper. Is there a a cover over the nut Yiannis?

    Stripping her out

I think simoxmino did a thread about the weights. The rear seats are 20kg so that will be a good starting point.

    Rear wiper arm won't budge!!

I would try putting a piece of rope around it, attaching it to a bollard then attempting a 0-60 run. If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll come up with another idea.

    Rear wiper arm won't budge!!

Do you mean the wiper won't rotate/wipe the window or it won't pull off the motor mechanism?

    172/182 or 197/200

Haha I know what you mean. The B-pillar is like an extension of the seat which is great when I'm cornering hard left!

    Recaro for large/tall drivers?

6'4" and my shoulders were above the bottom of the holes when the seat was in the fully upright position. I'd say you will just about be okay.

    Clio 197 Gloss Black Diffuser

I painted my 197 diffuser satin black (between matte and gloss) I removed it, cleaned it with soap then let it dry in the sun. Few coats of primer, three coats of satin black. Be very careful not to spray too close or too concentrated in one area as it will run and look ****. There was one...

Car pulls under braking. Uneven wear at the front? Pictures attached

Check the brake lines are all in correctly, it's possible to cross thread them and think they're fully in.

Car pulls under braking. Uneven wear at the front? Pictures attached

I had this happen once. Check your brake pads are all in one piece. One of my rear pads had come away from the backing causing the car to pull to one side under braking.

Speaker brands..All the same or stick with the big names??

There is a pair of Pioneer direct fit for the Clio. They're very good and cost about £80-90.

    Steering play.... :(

Sounds like track rod ends to me. They're about £25 each and it's a part that's shared with normal Meganes. It can be very difficult to remove the bushing from the old rod end if you're doing it by yourself. You can test if it's that by engaging the steering lock then jacking the front end up...

interesting read someone whom "down" graded their Megan 250 to clio200EDC

'I am not a boy racer any more and when I test drove the previous RS200, it just felt like a heck of a lot of work and compromise for the few times that I would have the chance to really wring its neck.' - says it all IMO.

Get down to Sports Direct. They sell gloves for 99p that are perfectly adequate. They sell them behind the counter. Blue grippy fingers and palms and elasticated cotton back. They're very comfortable; try them before you blow £16.
