I seem to recall reading that they ruined the ride but certainly did what they were meant to.

As I said above - the springs and struts are what you need to be looking at. Assuming they've not been changed it will also have a quicker rack.

I've had a look from the (small) group buy on 133.net IIRC they were £16 from Renault, plus delivery from their plate supplier (best plates? or someone - they all have to use the same). Ended up doing a few for £18 with the delivery split between a few of us.

I bought mine from Renault as they own the copyright technically I did a group buy for them at the time as I had to pay postage, I'll find the invoice as it might have more details
