It's not an issue bud been runningmy nankangs 60miles a day on b-roads and haven't noticed any harshness or increased road noise the stiffer sidewall is barely noticeable on the road IMO but I've always liked a stiffer ride

Do you need an entire kit of just new bulbs? Most kits use the same connections so either the ballast can be changed or just the bulb, IMO 5000k bulbs are perfect really white with very little blue, and sat next to 6000k are a lot brighter, if possible find bulbs with ceramic and metal instead...

Would it be worth getting a complete refurb kit? Witho ring seals and new bleed nipples was looking at giving mine an overhaul and a paint after the winter, found a listing on eBay but unsure of quality as I seriously doubt they'll be brembo spares

Wee bit of a hijack but which would be better for a winter seal, tough coat or power seal? I have a DA so can apply either but just wondering about durability as obviously during the winter months a proper clean just isn't possible :p

If it's te solenoid your on about then just leave the electrical connector connected and remove all hoses and the acoustic valve, the maxogen should've came with a plug to cover the pipe coming out of the throttle

Shouldn't replace bulbs with the power on :/ just asking for trouble there, for the time it takes to walk to the switch and run it on it ain't worth it. Remove the holders completely and check wiring, may have a dodgy/damp/damaged connection I had to rewire a plug on mine due to corrosion and...
