i loved my ST 150 ( 172 ) bhp, i see the new figures on the new ST are pretty good, ( could be tempted ). -
removing 197 diffuser
dont be affraid to give it a good pull, it took me longer to jack the car up than it did to remove the diffuser, lol start at one corner and work your way accross,. thats what i did anyway.- chappo

not sure tbh mate, but they are dead easy to remove, 2 x screws and 2 x 14mm bolts i think,- chappo
