As said do all your other mods first, i changed to milltek with decat and ITG pannel filter and gained 8bhp after map to suit. :thumbup1:

I used to manage around 32 mpg with mixed driving with the commute and pleasure miles, I then got a company vehicle, clio only gets used for pleasure now and manage a mere 23 mpg :ohmy:

as above not sure if its an actual service but you could try DDC (doncaster diagnostics centre) which is a renault specialist and they recently serviced mine, very good imo.

Mine also wouldnt budge, was left with one stuck in, had to cut it to get one half out and drill out the other by running a smaller drill bit through it and punching the rest out, luckily it did all come out without causing any damage to the caliper (thanks dad haha). very poor design but a six...

baught a set of these through my mate on meg sport (rs james) have been on the car around 20 miles and look really good quality and seem up to the job, no problems at all, Thanks :thumbup1:

Had mine done at rs tuning, as above the gains arent massive. ie mine ran 194 bhp then 201 bhp when mapped so a gain of 7 bhp but again as above drivability is improved with more torque in the lower rev range and he also smoothed the flat spot which was worth it. :thumbup:

I recommend rs tunning in leeds very helpfull guys :)

I didnt as it came with a milltek exhaust and it did have a flatspot, however when I fitted a decat it reduced the flat spot then I got it mapped almost completly out..didnt notice any real differance after a remap power wise apart from better throttle response.

My 197 made 195.4 hp with a full milltek and pannel filter without a remap after it made 201 hp but I never had it on the rr standard so cant give u a gain figure but the exhaust must have helped :)

Sorry to hijack the thread a little but has anyone done this to a milltek system? Iv been thinking about it for a while but if it sounds crap I dont want to live with the consequences haha :)
