    Brake pads grinding

Did you do both sides or just the one? Common fault these pads seize and touch the disc slightly.

    Brake pedal "feel" ?

Could just be worn parts that's all, I'd go about getting new and bigger brakes if I was in the same boat as you guys. Perhaps that will help.

    Brake pedal "feel" ?

If I push the pedal down an inch, it rips my face off. My girlfriend can't drive it, she hits the brakes way too hard and can't get used to it. An inch, even so, isn't bad!

    Gordan the Gordini

It's my daily driver and it's super loud and road stripped. I'm sure the vibrating won't bother me. In fact it'll make it feel a bit more race car lmfao! that's what I'm hoping for anyway but I'll post the results once I do it. Quite a straight forward job and will let me use my torque wrench...

    Gordan the Gordini

Should have a new upper torque arm mount coming from POWERFLEX tomorrow. The car has done 30k but the last 3k I've noticed the gear stick moving slightly when changing gear and I can hear the engine becoming a little rocky. Hopefully this solves this. My idea is that the upper torque arm is the...

    Powerflex Gearbox Mounting Bush Insert-PFF60-525

I can only imagine the upper torque arm vibrations are a good sign of engine stability. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

    Rocky engine

I'll grab the upper torque arm for now and see how thst goes. Relatively easy to change it seems and seems to make the most difference being right at the top of the engine. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

    Rocky engine

Engine is becoming a bit rocky. I did attempt to search 'Powerflex Mounts' using the search tool on this site, but it's a little poo. I gave up after 10 minutes. I'm concerned about my manifold, so what mounts do I need to avoid too much play? Would a Upper Torque Arm Bush do the job? I can...

First proper drive of my R27!!

I'm in love with the way the back end comes out on these cars. I've got standard suspension, non cup, and it's still very good. If you're attacking a corner and find that you're not turning enough, lift off, it'll sort you right out. You can also load the front by braking slightly. 10/10...

You'll sort it all mate, then you can love it. Just the humps that's all. All cars need loving, Renaults maybe slightly more occasionally, but the garage shouldn't have given it to you like that to be fair! Glad they are sorting it for you though for free.

    Car Stall Out!

I've always been told the ECUS in these cars are good but I think that's a fine example of **** programming. Alright. Thanks all I feel a bit better about it now. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

    Car Stall Out!

Is it normal that the car judders on part throttle when cold then? I've always backed off too and upon pressing the throttle it's normal again. Temptemental buggers these cars and expensive in maintenance too...

    Car Stall Out!

I've recently noticed an issue where if I start the car when it's been standing overnight, so cold, I can just press the throttle VERY slightly, and the car will drop in revs and nearly die; it then catches itself and re-idles. It's also gotten noticably difficult to rev match when the car is...

Could be belt pulley? I'd get that inspected. You've only just had the thing and your quite entitled to get it all sorted for free. Glad everything else is spot on now. Getting there! Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk

200: K-Tec Upgrades - What are the Pros and Cons?

You shouldn't have an issue finding any around. The issue is finding one you know has a history via this forum so you can see that it's been looked after. Some occasionally come up for sale here from members, I'd recommend that, it's what I would do as I could just read about it's history then.
