Went to refit my rear Gaz gold shocks today and couldnt get the nuts to start on the top, the one inside the car. They came off ok, but were tight enough going on the first time but I just thought it was because the they were lock nuts. Thread on the nuts looks bad but fine on the shock...

Oh whao maybe everyones price has gone up (as with everything :( ), when I got the clio studs, they were way less than £3.70-£3.90 each. I see PMS is £5.50 :O

I realise I am too late to the party now, but might help for the future. TRSUK sells the studs and you can pick the size yourself and is usually miles cheaper than buying a "kit" from shops etc. Having said this I haven't checked the price on PMS. I have had the studs on my clio for years and...

When stripping the car we noticed that the fuel line was badly rotted and needed replaced. You might have seen my other post about fuel lines that said that they were extortionate from Renault. I didn't have any fittings or hose to make an OEM style line, because I would have to buy that anyway...
