Well, I used less than 1 tin and I think the tin is 1 litre. At least I hope its 1 litre as I've just ordered 1 litre of motul RBF600 for the next fluid change!

When I changed mine with ATE super blue I didn't even get through the 1 litre tin. And I know it was properly flushed because the fluid is a different colour so it's easy to tell

I generally find AMD very competitive on labour costs so am a bit surprised. You're not getting some silly expensive fluid are you? Only need 1 litre :)

I had the ktec 2-piece grooved discs for a while and also had the DS2500 drop off with them, that was at bedford though which I think is fairly heavy on the brakes. I even had minor pad deposits after doing the nurburgring which is very light on brakes

I've got standard discs and DS2500 at the moment but every time I go on track the DS2500 overheat and put uneven deposits on my discs which I just can't deal with! I'm happy with this set up on the road though so am thinking about getting some race pads which I can swap out for trackdays...
