I'm trying to locate my A/C fuse as i'm fairly certain the system isn't working, i've read alot of posts and they say about hearing a solenoid activate when you press the button but mine doesn't make a noise or lose revs. there is a fuse under the steering wheel with a picture of a fan on it...

Dunno if anyone has tried it but I got some of that super strength Velcro and put it in the top corner by the glovebox light actuator switch thingie and it seems to be holding it for now.. its definitely worth £3 for the Velcro :d

Check the battery with a multimeter.. Mine did this a few weeks back and it was the battery

Well it is running now, charging over night didnt work.. jumped it off a 14 plate golf and it worked, just have to see how long for... i hate having to say a german saved the day :nope:

Not intentionally, i did remove the alarm pressure sensor as i didnt want to remove the air intake bit, however i have removed it before when changing the sidelights to LEDS and had no problems, when I press start it makes a noise as if the battery isn't charged enough to turn the starter motor...
