The 172 has wider arches and a wider track, bonnet and the bumpers are far more prominent as well. 1*2's or 197/200's definitely don't look as similar to the non-sports of their eras..

They are the police, just because they didn't have lights on doesn't mean they can't pursue you. Most likely they were clocking you to get a figure before pulling you over. See what turns up in the post but I'd imagine they should have given you something at the roadside.

Thanks mate, just looking at your thread, good work on the 200! I'd recommend C2 V3 over Silo Seal, mine just didn't arrive before the detail. :( Similar stats on them as far as I'm aware, just C2V3 is more updated!
