Clio 197 uch

hi, does anyone know if the uch powers the front headlights?

I drove the car with a failed battery and it blew the headlight bulbs with a power surge.

I’ve changed the bulbs, changed the upc with used one. I can only assume the uch is all that’s left?
 
If the UCH is getting no power the lights won’t work. The hazards will. No others, not sure if that helps or not. I only know cause mine broke down last week.
