Spotted a GW 197 parked on Barking road at 12:30. Was wondering if the owner is on here?

I'm sure that plate used to be on a ITB 172 Cup.

awesome plate.. Not sure it suits a 197 though lol.

I believe it was from what results google has thrown up on the plate. It doesn't suit it if im honest, but I guess it means quite a lot to the owner and he'd rather have it on his 197 than on retention I suppose.
