the powerflex front arm bushes are exactly the same i ordered both sets road and track and they are exactly the same.

hi Sibbers. Bit of an update i have replaced the pass side inner tie rod and the bush that sits at the end of the steering rack. i then took it to qwikfit to get tracked. i told them what ive done to it and asked them to check if there was any play in steering rack before doing it. he said it...

Hi all. i have had a quick search through the forum and apparently you can replace some inner joints. i have also seen some little plastic bush that apparently causes play. can anyone shed some light onto what has probably worn. cheers chaps.

a bit of an update. here are the pics of what i did. the stainless plate is 3mm as is the subframe as is the 20mm stainless spacer. the plate has also been welded in. powerflex wishbone bushes front and rear have been fit as well. no play what so ever in wishbone now. also a heads up i...

Hi all, anyone know the part number for this. mines a 2012 rs 200. scandalous car is only 7 year old and its almost rotted away in places. or does anyone know where i can get one cheap. dont really want a 2nd hand one unless its in good condition.
