Fitting external temp sensor to 200 cup?

Has anyone done this? Where is it, in the mirror like on the 182? If so is it just a case of popping the mirror cap off and fitting the sensor, does it plug straight in or is the wiring missing on the loom? I was disgusted to see a base model clio has it but not a 200 cup :jumpon...

    MPG innacurate on OBC

Nope not until it ran out, usually refill around when the light comes on. Do 800 miles a week approx so 2 fills a week. Was considering selling due to bad economy but it's actually pretty good i think!

    MPG innacurate on OBC

Intrigued by the fact that my 200 was getting around 400 miles between fills yet the OBC was saying 32-34mpg approx on average for each tank, this didn't add up so i have measured a few tanks! Last tank: Miles covered before refill: 378 Litres(Gallons) at refill: 47(10.44) MPG: 36.1 OBC...

    Sergeant Bosco Albert Baracus' 200

Not on 21 miles any more! Over 4000 miles since 26th June!!! The colour looks much better now that it's seen a good detail with lime prime, CL68 nano tech and collinite 915 marque d'elegance, really powerful colour now :D

    Sergeant Bosco Albert Baracus' 200

Yes non cup steering wheel, i changed it for a brand new renaultsport 200 item with the stitched centre line, white stitching, perforated leather thumb grips and thicker rim. It's far far nicer to hold and makes a fair difference to the driving experience, after all it's pretty much the most...

this is the result at hitting a wall at the ring at plus 90mph

Good effort. LOL @ 90mph though, i'd liked to have seen someone trying to turn into AF at 90...

    If RenaultSport Didn't Exist?

I averaged 62mpg(display) over pretty much every tank in my fabia vRS(when measured it worked out at 55-57mpg in reality). And i have no doubt that i could get close to that with a mk5/6 TDI170. I said brisker not brisk, as in driving how i normally would in the clio(which would get 32mpg...

    If RenaultSport Didn't Exist?

I'm a big diesel hot hatch lover as i do so many miles. A clio(both trophy and 200 cup) have been the only petrol cars that are fun enough to warrant the extra outlay in fuel, insurance and tax costs. So i'd be driving a golf tdi 170, was strongly thinking about changing to one while driving...

    Stereo Removal

It's a tight fit, you need to bend the keys before fitting them in so that they put extra pressure on the release mech, and try to keep the stereo straight when pulling it out.

    Car Audio Center

Put it down to experience. In the past i have spent thousands with car audio security and car audio direct. Both of them have always been brilliant!

Jim yes i'm on Northloop. I am currently on there as Hammerzeit although i used to post as Robinson several years back on there ;) Been going to the 'ring for quite some time but gone off the whole track thing and if i do go i have a track car so the clio can stay immaculate :) Cheers Ste, i...

    Pics of tweeter grilles required!

Damn these tweeter grilles are EVIL! The tweeter is clipped onto the grille and stops the grille from unclipping from the dash, realistically the correct way to remove them is to take the dash top off, take the tweeters out of the grille then fit the new tweeters into the grilles. Also my 200...

    Parts enquiry - calipers

Mike you really don't need to mess with the brakes. I tracked 2 197s at the 'ring, even did 3 back to back laps flat out with no fade on standard discs and pads, tyres were totally fried but brakes ok. Just chuck some pagids or similar in the standard calipers with standard discs and they will...
