I had my car on the ramp this weekend as could hear a little blowing from my exhaust but its coming from the manifold not loudly but definatley a problem... Just wondering how much yours has cost you.?

De-Cat - Sounds immense!!

Hey There :) I had my KTR - Decat pipe put in about 2 months a go now and I love it, yer there a very little flat spot but hardly noticable and when I went down my local cruise recently where I haven't been for a little while everyone was asking how it sounds so good and what I had done... :)...

Okay I get that one.. But that's the point I physically cant afford to replace the CAT at the moment but with it being blocked its gonna be easier to de-cat for the time being and go from there. Many other people have tried it so will give it a go and see how I get on. If not I will just have to...

I have a friend who will MOT my car for me... Friends in need and all that :) Thanks Ryan just purchased the KTEC de-cat pipe now.. Pretty excited to get it done and then next month get it re-mapped as everyone has said there is a flat spot which can be helped with re-map.

I didn't get it re-mapped the guy before me did and it the worst thing to happen to the car! Spent ridiculous amount of money putting my car back.. Completely dis-respected clio cup. I'd only heard great things why i bought one that had been re-mapped thought it would save me the time etc but no!

Well just had the diagnostic check and well they have said its definatly the CAT and the emmissions taking it down the garage saturday morning for them to do an emissions check to see if they are high etc. Then if they arent im gonna have a ECU re-map dont because the CAT is janspeed sports CAT...

Its booked in for a diagnostic check tomorrow morning.. Not gonna de-cat it YET because got my MOT in May no point to have to sort it all out again then. Will try get my friend to put it up on the ramp so i can have a look under it, don't think it can be the CAT to be honest it would be getting...

I'm with Janspeed all the way.. Yer it is ****in loud but I wouldnt change it and i LOVE the looks you get as it pops through from 1st to 2nd double clutch it and you will get it in every gear... Will put some pictures up I had bespoke stainless steel tips built into the rear.. Sweet.. :)

Mines been re-mapped and the worst things to ever happen to it.. Im just trying to book mine in now to have a it re-mapped as i have put everything back to standard now its a joke... Not worth it personally! If you are re-map - standard.!
