Thanks guys, all walked away okay, can't stress how much the safety devices cage done its job. Only around £850 from Mark Fish and it can be bolted in without any welding, fitted on your drive at home. Highly recommended. STILL going through with insurance to get a pay out but will hopefully...

You should go and order the front half of the cage, mark fish will be able to source it as well. Anyone else, Full cage is around £850 from Mark Fish iirc and can be fitted without out welding, just drill plates, great quality and good fit, saved us when the car got written on at the Nurburgring.

i fitted megane rad, its a lot a pissing about and it still doesn't fit very nice, id have stuck with clio if id known. but if you do have to get another one just buy a 1.5 dci megane one, exactly the same and much cheap. Agree pattern parts ones are a bit shit but at like £45 i just got a spare

pretty sure you can get the harness buckle blanks like a rectangle off ebay so you don't have that bolt down part
