Had a look at a lots of Clio's, so many are the same and I'm not sure why......

Mine did this, once i removed it to sort out a light one time, when i put it back on it was cured...

Once that bloody bumper comes off, it never goes back on properly. Not sure why it's the passenger side though. It's funny cause at FCS, most of the 197's had the same problem. The other common problem on the 197 is rust under the rear window wiper.

Mines far worse than that, border line embarrassing after the garage had the bumper off.

On the ever ending list of jobs to sort :swear:

Mine does that too on the passenger side! I'm sure there is a fix on here somewhere and I seem to recall it had something to do with the passenger side headlight?

i'll have a play about and if i can get a solution i'l post something up - especially as it seems a common problem.....

No biggy really but i do like things to line up..........bloody OCD LOL

Let me know if you find anything buddy. You've got to admire the french craftsmanship

Found some time to look at the annoying bumper alignment issue, my solution is by no means a great fix - but it does hold the corner in place and makes removing the bumper not so much of an issue in the future - basically drill bumper&wing and bodge together with a cable tie!

What im intending on doing for a permanent fix is to either, nylon nut & bolt where ive drilled, or, use a small screw.clip clamp to hopefully hold everything together and stop it popping out.

Either way its sorted mine and will do for the moment until a proper job can be done as above

There is a simple & easy fix for this, you have to wedge something between the black plastic support attached below the headlight and the front crash bar, this lifts the bumper up at the corner and holds it in place.
I will find a picture tomorrow so you can see exactly what i mean.
