Terraclean?

Had a Terraclean today (De-carbon) and have to say feels like money well spent

197 Jan/07 55.6k

£108 inc vat and took about 45 mins

Then about a 10-13 mile trip back home with a mixture of 30/40/50/70ish mph driving

Car felt more refined and smooth and looked at my mpg...39.6!!!

Anyone else had this treatment before?

No as they were doing an mot at the time,but will pop back when I get time to have a reading taken

Saw this on Wheeler Dealers, and looks really handy for cars with high emissions or higher miles.
I cant remember which episode but Edd China uses it (think its when they do a AC Cobra kit car)

it was the jaguar xkr episode i think, then again they may have used it on the cobra aswel.

Cleans the carbon from inside of your engine...So far after a few days seems good money spent.

Just curious around the mpg figure, how has that held up? I was thinking the mpg could be high like yours shows because they have run your engine with whatever super high grade fuel they used, therefore it produced a very good mpg figure? Just a thought, be interested to see what your mpg figure was like if you reset the trip and drive like before....

Thanks for the correction. Seems like the science behind it is sound. be nice to do a back to back test (BHP, MPG, Performance)

I have never heard this but if it worked long term surely it wold be more common knowledge wouldn't it :/ look forward to an update
