I don't get it....even my phone can throw that message up every now and again. All other sites seem fine? My laptop won't have it at all

All my pc's and laptop's are fine at home, but at my mum's the pc will work but the laptop wont

No, not tried turning off the router. What does the DNS do anyway? And why is it taking so long the lazy git! Lol!

spoke to the man in the know and this his is response...

It's down to a DNS issue with there Internet suppliers. They can take 48 hours to resolve.
Only a selected few would get a problem if anyone at all.

They need to delete temporary internet files and cached files. More than likely
restarting the router/modem will give them a new IP and update the DNS and will
resolve the issues 9 times out of 10.

As above best bet is to restart your router, of you could try doing the following and seeing if this works.

Windows XP
1. Start
2. Run
3. Type cmd and press enter
4. Type ipconfig /flushdns

Windows Vista/7
1. Start
2. Type cmd into the search box and click cmd at the top
3. Type ipconfig /flushdns

If still no luck, post back.
