Worth extending the warranty?

Hello

I currently have a 200 with 4 months dealer warranty left.

I got a leaflet offering me another year for £380 a year.

Is it worth it?

Mines on 26k and the previous owner was a female from new, although the clutch seems ok

I would say 380 for a year is a lot, you could fix a lot of failures for 380...

£380 does seem a lot for a year, don't they do a two year extension for like £500?

saying that if the "common" gearbox issue rears its head then £380 will seem like a bargain!

£380 is nothing by the time you add the part and labour.

It's something i'll be doing but I do believe that they do a two year option for around £500 as mentioned.

I took the offer up and spread it over 10 months, worth it for peace of mind but a pain in the ass making a claim.
