Window switches

Right, reallllly bugs me at night that the window switches dont light up...well in mine anyways. Is this another case of Renault just fitting what they had at the time of making my 200 or does nobody have lit up switches?

If they do make them...what are the chances of me being able to acquire some that light up?

not sure if its the same but there was a thread on twingooc about this, the lights are in the switches and just need some soldering to make the connection, but not sure if 197 is the same.

I too have recently been wondering this... mine in my 200 don't light up.

What is this mod of soldering people speak of? Any links?

Quite crap really the window switches don't light up.

I'm pretty positive that my window switches light up in the dark.

Yep just been out and checked and the window switches on both sides light up in my 56 plate 197

Mine don't but by the sounds of it I think it must be the same as the twingo set up!

Mine don't light up at all in the 200. Typical Renault, what they give with one hand, they take with the other.
