basically i have the carbon centre console, but no carbon dash strips, would it look right if i got some carbon wrap off of ebay, and wrapped them myself?.

Doubtful. Maybe wrap the centre console too?

The carbon wrap you can buy looks more like carbon than the console you have there, thats more like a cross hatch design.
