What appears to be a bargain R27

Hey there, although I have been looking on this forum for ages, this is my first post! I could do with some thoughts from you experts

I missed out by 5 minutes on this R27 which appears to be an incredible deal. Do any of you have any idea why it might have been so cheap and is it likely that this kind of thing will come up again? I'm pretty annoyed i missed it!
